How do you price projects?
We price based on the project scope, design requirements, material selections, and the trades involved. You’ll receive clear, itemized guidance and a defined path forward — including allowances where appropriate — so you can make confident decisions without surprises.
Can we live in our home during the renovation?
Often yes — and when it’s not practical, we’ll tell you up front. We use dust protection, jobsite cleanliness standards, and phased scheduling (when possible) to reduce disruption. During your consultation we’ll discuss your household needs and recommend the smoothest approach.
